10 Most Secure Locations on the Planet

10 Most Secure Locations on the Planet

Here's the list:
1. Fort Knox
Everyone knows this one: lots of gold (5,000 tons, or about 2% of all gold ever mined. Ever.)

2. Cheyenne Mountain - Colorado Springs, CO
Cold war intelligence storage with 25 ton doors. Bring on the nukes.

3. Haven Co
Home of a now-defunct data protection company off of the coast of Britain.

4. Area 51

5. Air Force One
Flying presidential fortress.

6. ADX Florence Prison
Also in Colorado, home to some of the worst living criminals in history, including terrorists (9/11) and bombers (Oklahoma City and the notorious "shoe bomber" being notable residents).

7. The 1960’s Bar
The Brits love the sauce: this one is literally a bar, or at least the underground recreation of some British generals' favorite bar, located deep below Wiltshire, England.

8. Bold Lane
I love this one. It's a car garage in England that can hold 440 cars, costs $30 an hour, and comes stocked with the following: CCTV  cameras, panic buttons, bar-code scanning entry doors, and advanced sensors controlled by a central computer that detect any and all movements of each car.

9. Deposed Iraqi Leader Saddam Hussein’s Baghdad Bunker
When you're playing hide and seek with the country with the most powerful military capability on Earth, you want to make sure it's well hidden (and bomb-proof).

10. Granite Mt. Mormon Church Records Facility -- Utah
Mormons.
